10/21/2019 Lightsaber Soundboard
The best lightsaber soundboards in the universe - developed and produced by SaberTec! Let us blow your mind by moving you into another galaxy!
As mentioned in the official release announcement, one of the key features of our Golden Harvest board is that there will be regular firmware updates in future that will install automatically once an update file is saved on the microSD card. Here comes the first update! Update file: Installation: Just delete the file “UPDATED.DAT” from your microSD card (if this file exists). Then, put the update file “update.dat” on your microSD card and insert it into your board again (no renaming needed). After the next boot, it will install the update automatically.
Once the boot sound appears, your board is updated. Changelog: – Due to strong customer demand, we added a Hibernation Mode (Deep Sleep). By default, your board will go into this power saving mode if you didn’t use it for 5 minutes. This value is also customizable of course (see below). To wake your board up again, just press the power button and wait for the boot sound. For a 3400 mAh battery, the board can stay more than 8 months in Hibernation Mode. – Also many customers asked if it was possible to support pre-mixed sound fonts from saberfont.com without additional renaming of the files: After this update we’re still using our own naming system, but to fulfill this wish of our customers, our board recognizes now also the common naming system from saberfont.com.
It detects automatically which naming system is used. Optional: How to customize the time after which the board goes into Hibernation Mode?
To do that, you have to download our latest default effect font package: Just unzip the files, put them all on your microSD card by replacing the existen tfiles and choose your hardware setup. We introduced a new parameter “deepsleep” contained in the “effectnumber.txt” files. Just set it to the value you want (from 1 to 1000).
The time is given in seconds. The technical specifications of our board were kept secret so far, but as our work on it progresses, we now decided that the time has come to reveal at least some of them to give you a glance at how amazing our board will be. Just lean back and let us make your eyes sparkle! Now, the galactic fanfares please! Inspired by the working title “Blue Harvest” of “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope”, we gave our soundboard the codename “Golden Harvest”. As one of our main goals in designing our soundboard is to give you the possibility to participate in its development, we ask you to decide what the future name of our soundboard will be. For this purpose, we started the following poll in which you can vote for your favorite name or even suggest an own name.
So, just unleash your creativity and show us your suggestions!

Please be sure that before ordering, you are fully aware of the shipping policies outlined here. New Features in Igniter 3™ The Igniter 3™ comes with all the classic features of Igniter 2™, but with a few additional improvements. With Dual Phase™ a new dhumNN.wav can be added in the /hum folder.
This will allow the hum to switch when going into the dual phase color for that font. Up to 99 dhum wav files can be added, allowing for a variety of different hums. If a dhum file is not present for a font, it will simply keep the same hum and only switch colors (the legacy behavior). Multiphase™ has been completely enhanced as well. Now, instead of completely switching into the next font, the new hum and colors will be loaded, but the effects sounds and effect animations from the primary font will be kept. This allows every hum to be used with every other sound effect, allowing the broadest sound set feature on any board! No need to wait for the font to load after switching anymore either; after the color switch the font is ready to use.
